1. How to apply

All entries will be considered upon receipt of the application. An invitation to assessment tests will be sent upon receipt of the application. Registration for the course can be confirmed subject to passing the various tests and evaluation after reviewing the application. A training contract will be established between F.C.C. First and the intern, pursuant to section l920-13 of the Labour Code. The price of the course covers only tuition fees. A 30% deposit is payable upon registration, payment of the balance is made on the first day of the course.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation by F.C.C. Premier :

F.C.C Premier reserves the right to cancel a session until three weeks before the start of the course. F.C.C. Premier agrees to reimburse the student sums it has received.

Cancellation by the student :

All cancellations must be notified in writing with return receipt to FCC Premier. The candidate has a period of retraction of ten days after registration. After this period the deposits paid are not refundable. In case of non participation in the training of a trainee enrolled or drop out during training, all training is the responsibility of the trainee, as compensation, except in cases of force majeure.

3. Intellectual Property

The documents and course materials available to trainees are the intellectual property of FCC Premier. Reproduction and distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Applicable law and dispute

Registration and actions that take place are governed by French law. Any dispute is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the seat of FCC Premier.

5. General Provisions

All the above conditions are assumed to be accepted by the candidate training course when the contract was signed. F.C.C. Premier reserves the right to modify at any time of its supply and price of its services.
